Ms. Jones is an English teacher here at Tosa West. She answered the following random questions during an interview.

1)What do you think would be the hardest thing for you to give up on and why?

My family- they are everything to me. Even though there are adversities, they will always be my family and I will find a way to keep them together.

2)You can have one of the following two things:trust/love?Why?

Love. I’ve been betrayed by people I love, but I would still choose love. It gives me a purpose.

3)Which are your two favorite careers and why?

I LOVE TEACHING- it is in my blood. It brings me the perfect balance between challenge and passion. I also would like to be a tour guide. Learning about other places and people is invigorating to me.

4)If you could be a vegetable what would you be and why?

If I could be a vegetable, I would be a sweet potato because they can be served as a savory dish or a dessert 🙂

5)Backstreet Boys or N Sync? Why?

N Sync.I LOOOOOOVE IT.

6)Name your 5 favorite foods and explain why it your favorite food?

My favorite foods/reasons:

tacos– they are my favorite food because they can be served many ways

                   ice cream– so many flavors!

                   pasta– brings me comfort

7)If you could be an animal which one would you be and why?

If I could be any animal, I’d be a dog because your owner is always happy to see you, kids are always happy to see you. I could take naps and go for walks. Life would be great.

8)Day or night? Why?

Depends on my mood. I really hate the transition between the two, though. I love sunshine, but I’m very happy and productive at night.

9)Long hair or short hair? Why?

Each has its own advantage. Short can be so easy and fun, long is so beautiful. I hate the in-between phase.

10)Summer or winter? Why?

I LOVE SUMMER! It’s great to get outside and enjoy the weather with my kids. However, I find beauty in the snow and its peaceful appearance. I just don’t like the cold weather and having to bundle up my kids just to leave my house.
